The Flint Hills Coalition for Fair Courts, a local non-partisan group of current and former elected officials and community leaders, is hosting a town hall to raise public awareness of the constitutional amendment on the primary election ballot. Everyone is invited to attend this free, educational event to learn more about the amendment and why Kansans should reject it.
Leading the town hall are former Kansas Supreme Court Chief Justice Lawton Nuss, and the civic engagement director at Kansas Appleseed, Logan Stenseng. The evening will begin with a presentation by Chief Nuss and Logan, followed by a Q&A session.
Event details are below. We are hoping for a large turnout given the importance of the issue to be discussed. Please mark your calendars for June 30th and bring a friend!
