Everyone! Since there is a Constitutional Question on the ballot, all registered voters can vote in the 2026 primary election.

WHAT IS THE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ABOUT?

The amendment would allow unqualified candidates to run for a seat on the Kansas Supreme Court as partisans officials, and their campaigns could receive millions of dollars in funding from the ultra wealthy.
WHAT IS OUR CURRENT SYSTEM?

Ensures that justices uphold the Kansas Constitution instead of listening to special interest groups.
