On July 21st, President Joe Biden announced that he was pulling out of the presidential race and endorsed Vice-President Kamala Harris as the new candidate.

During a conference call on Monday July 22nd, the 39 Kansas delegates to the Democratic National Convention, who were previously pledged to Biden, unanimously endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to be their Presidential Nominee. (Source: NPR)
