REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS ARE UNDER ATTACK
Republican House leaders have promised to promote anti-abortion bills "until the results of the 2022 election can be changed".
Republicans have made clear that their goal is to abolish abortion in Kansas, regardless of reason or circumstance. The following bills were submitted in 2024, did not advance to final vote in 2024, but will be resurrected in 2025.
